Dr Mumtaz Ali Memon is Associate Professor of Human Resource Management at the NUST Business School (NBS) Islamabad, Pakistan. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the NUST Business Review, Managing Editor of the Journal of Applied Structural Equation Modeling (JASEM), the Associate Editor of the International Journal of Manpower, and the Guest Editor of The Bottom Line. Before joining NBS, he worked as an Assistant Professor and Head of Cluster at the Air University School of Management Islamabad, as well as served as a Research Scientist at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia. As an active researcher, Dr. Mumtaz has published in several international refereed journals, presented at several conferences locally and abroad, and won several "Best Paper" awards. One of his articles was selected as an “Outstanding Paper” in the 2018 Emerald Literati Awards. The impact of his overall research contribution can be evident from his Google Scholar profile, having 4000+ citations with an h-index 27, i-10-index 43. In addition to that, he is a member of Editorial Advisory Boards for several journals and an active reviewer for many top journals in the HRM field. As a certified professional trainer, consultant, and regular keynote and plenary speaker for international conferences, Dr Mumtaz has facilitated more than 150+ workshops on advanced quantitative research methods, IBM SPSS Statistics, SmartPLS, and IBM SPSS AMOS, for both postgraduate students and academicians at several universities and research bodies in Malaysia, China, Indonesia, and Pakistan. His research interests include green HRM, employee engagement, performance management systems, HR Analytics, and advanced quantitative methods.
